Note: The project files include all versions of the Eraser Caddy (Hanging & Magnetic) so you only need to download one file. The files also include various versions of the design, and some unfinished prototypes.
This second version of the caddy uses magnets to eliminate the need for overhangs and supports. However, this version needs placement for larger magnets to be effective on the wire mesh cup, and doesn’t offer as much vertical stability, especially when moving or bumping the cup. As a result, I ended up preferring the hanging version. The files are here if you want to mess with it.
